• 'ALHOSN UAE' green pass requirement: All guests aged 16 and over are required to show a "green pass" status on ALHOSN mobile app or by providing a proof of being fully vaccinated along with a negative PCR test result within the last 14 days. Non-vaccinated guests can enter the Park by providing a negative PCR test result within 48 hours prior to entry.
• Extensive Cleaning and Sanitizing Protocol: Increased frequency of sanitizing and disinfection across the entire Park
• Reduced Capacity: The Park capacity has been reduced to avoid crowding and ensure social distancing is in place
• Thermal Screening: All guests have to undergo thermal screening prior to entering the Park
• Hand Sanitizers: Free of charge hand sanitizers have been placed across the Park for guests to use regularly
• Face Masks: Guests are required to wear face masks at all time inside the Park unless advised otherwise by colleagues.
• Social Distancing: A 2 meter social distancing policy has been introduced across the Park (except for families who live in the same household). Social distancing measures have also been adopted on select rides and experiences, please follow directions displayed in the Park
• Contactless Payments: To avoid contact, guests are advised to use contactless methods of payment
• Contactless App: To minimize contact in the Park, instead of a printed map, guests can download the Park map to navigate their way through the Park.

• Reduced Capacity: Tables and chairs have been reduced to ensure social distancing
• Social Distancing: A 2 meter social distancing policy has been introduced in queue lines and tables have been separated 3 meters apart
• Hand Sanitizers: Free of charge hand sanitizers have been placed across the Park for guests to use regularly
• Contactless Payments: To avoid contact, guests are advised to use contactless methods of payment
• Extensive Cleaning and Sanitizing Protocol: All tables and chairs will be sanitized after each use

• Hand Sanitizers: Free of charge hand sanitizers have been placed across the Park for guests to use regularly
• Contactless Payments: To avoid contact, guests are advised to use contactless methods of payment
• Extensive Cleaning and Sanitizing Protocol: All stores will undergo extensive cleaning and sanitizing on a regular basis
• No Changing Room Facilities: Trial of clothes and other products is not permitted
• Return and Exchange Policy: No returns or exchanges permitted
• The Past & Present Store remains temporarily closed

For your own safety and wellbeing, you must wear a face mask at all times on all attractions. please note the following:

• Reusable or disposable (Single use surgical) masks are permitted on all attractions, except those mentioned below
• Reusable masks with an 'ear saver clip' must be worn on - Formula Rossa, Fiorano GT, Flying Aces, Turbo Track, and this will be provided at the ride.
• Disposable masks (Single use surgical) are not permitted to be worn on Formula Rossa, Fiorano GT, Flying Aces, Turbo Track
• Children riding Formula Rossa Junior can wear a reusable or a disposable (Single use surgical) mask – But must wear an 'ear saver clip' and this will be provided at the ride.
