Snow Park
- For health and safety reasons, children under the age of 2 are not permitted inside Ski Dubai.
- Children under 14 years of age must be accompanied by an adult aged 16 years or over.
- Helmets must be worn by any guests that are under 13 years old.
- Guests aged between 2 and 14 years may be required to provide proof of age at the admission desk for verification.
Snow Bullet
- Pregnant women and those with medical conditions such as high blood pressure or back injuries are not permitted to ride the Snow Bullet.
- Helmets are mandatory for children under 13 years of age.
- Children must be over 8 years old, 120cm or more in height, and weigh over 30kg.
- Adults weighing 120kg or more are not permitted to ride the Snow Bullet.
The Slope
- Little skiers/snowboarders aged 2–8 years old are permitted to enter under the supervision of an adult.
- Skiers/snowboarders aged 9–13 may enter if the parent/guardian is within the Mall of the Emirates premises.
- All guests under 18 years of age must submit a waiver form signed by their guardian to enter the Slope.
- Guests between the ages of 2 and 14 are required to show an ID at the admissions desk for age verification.
- Slope access is available for experienced skiers and snowboarders only (Age 3+).
